Welcome to WellNest.
WellNest is a space built for support, curiosity, honesty, and growth. These Community Guidelines exist to help everyone feel safe, respected, and comfortable showing up as they are. By using WellNest, you agree to follow these Guidelines in all community spaces, including buddy chats, comments, goal updates, and group discussions.
If these Guidelines are violated, we may remove content, issue warnings, limit features, or suspend accounts in accordance with our Terms of Service.
1. Be Respectful and Kind
WellNest is here for encouragement, not judgment.
Treat others with empathy, patience, and respect. Healthy discussion is welcome, but personal attacks, harassment, bullying, hate speech, discrimination, or intimidation are not. If something you are about to post could make someone feel unsafe, targeted, or unwelcome, do not share it.
We want people to feel comfortable being honest here. Help protect that.
2. Keep Content Supportive and Relevant
Please share content that aligns with personal growth, wellness, reflection, and goal progress. Real experiences, setbacks, questions, and small wins are all welcome.
Avoid posting unrelated content, repeated messages, or anything intended mainly to redirect people elsewhere. Authentic participation builds trust and connection. Performative or disruptive posting does not.
3. Protect Privacy and Boundaries
Respect your privacy and the privacy of others.
Do not share personal information such as addresses, phone numbers, private messages, or identifying details without clear permission. This includes screenshots of conversations, posts from other users, or information shared in confidence.
You control your own visibility settings. Do not override someone else’s boundaries.
4. No Harmful or Misleading Advice
WellNest is a place to share experiences, not to replace professional guidance.
Do not present medical, mental health, financial, or legal advice as fact. Avoid encouraging behaviors that could reasonably put someone’s health or safety at risk. If you share personal experience, keep it framed as such and avoid telling others what they should do.
When in doubt, choose caution.
5. Original and Lawful Content Only
Share only content you created yourself or have permission to share.
Do not post copyrighted materials, trademarks, or images belonging to others without authorization. Illegal, exploitative, or sexually explicit content is not allowed under any circumstances.
6. No Spam or Self Promotion
WellNest is not a marketplace.
Do not use the App to sell products, solicit donations, recruit members to outside groups, or post promotional links for personal gain. Occasional recommendations are fine when they are genuinely helpful and relevant. Repeated promotion or link sharing is not.
7. Healthy Disagreement Is Welcome
Growth includes different perspectives.
You are encouraged to share opinions respectfully, focus on ideas rather than individuals, and assume good intent. Disagreement is okay. Disrespect is not. If a conversation starts to feel heated, take a step back.
8. Reporting and Moderation
If you see content that violates these Guidelines, please report it using the in App tools or by emailing support@wellnestapp.com.
We use a combination of automated tools and human review to moderate content. This helps us address harmful behavior while considering context and nuance. Repeated or serious violations may result in temporary or permanent account restrictions.
9. Accountability and Enforcement
WellNest may remove content or restrict access when these Guidelines or our Terms of Service are violated.
In some cases, we may issue a warning before taking action. In other cases, especially involving threats, hate speech, or illegal activity, we may act immediately and may report behavior to appropriate authorities when required.
10. Safety and Crisis Situations
WellNest is not designed for emergency support.
If you or someone else is in immediate danger or experiencing a crisis, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional right away. While community support matters, some situations require real time help beyond what an app can provide.
11. Updates to These Guidelines
These Community Guidelines may evolve as WellNest grows. When we make meaningful updates, we will notify users through the App or other appropriate channels. Continued use of WellNest means you agree to follow the updated Guidelines.
